Welcome aboard
We would like to welcome you on board our luxurious and unique sports motor cruiser ‘Carole Ann’ for an experience that will allow you to begin to change your personal and professional life. Why attend a training workshop in a boring and depressing office block when you can set sail with us on the Medway River in North Kent for a more inspiring experience?

Whether it is to improve your interpersonal skills, break unhelpful patterns, gain new insights, or just connect with others who are also struggling with the same issues, then we have the right workshop for you. Our team of trainers have a great deal of experience working as psychotherapists, counsellors, trainers, and coaches. We have a passion for boating and for facilitating change. We have put together these high-quality intensive workshops to inspire you to start creating the life you want to live.

Our personal and professional development workshops are designed to improve general well-being whilst simultaneously focusing on specific areas of difficulty in your life. Our group sizes are small (up to 6 people) which means you have personalised attention throughout the day.

We are based in the picturesque historic town of Rochester in Kent and travel along the vibrant Medway River. Visiting us is an easy day trip from London, with well-connected road and rail links. All courses include refreshments and a light lunch.

Leading the way is not always about taking control and charging on through. Sometimes you have to pick your way carefully in order to avoid setting yourself up for problems later on. #NoWrongPath #TuesdayThoughts #psychology
